Support for our Distance Education CAD training courses is available through a number of venues, with guaranteed response times of less than 48 hours.

Email support

Each student will be given an email address for their instructor that they can use for asking questions, as well as sending and receiving assignments. Emails are answered on a daily basis with replies often given within minutes.

Remote assistance computing

For particularly difficult queries, an optional support method available to students with a high speed internet connection is Remote Assistance Computing. The instructor will assist the student in establishing a remote access connection whereby the instructor can take control of the students' computer and demonstrate how to solve a problem.

Evaluations

Assignment evaluations are returned by email and contain both redlined drawing files with comments, and detailed descriptions of any problem areas that need to be revised. Pre-evaluations and final evaluations are provided so students will have the opportunity to correct errors before receiving their grade for a particular assignment. This method ensures students will receive the highest possible grade for any assignment. All students who have completed the online versions of the CAD courses have received grades ranging from A- to A+ and many have received a perfect 100% for their final evaluation.
